Returns Policy 

We hope you love your purchases from us.  However, should you need to make a return, please see our full returns policy below.

Please note all items in our sale/flash are non refundable/non returnable so please check the sizing before you buy.  We try to describe as accurately as possible.  Many thanks

Full price items

We promise to refund any item you are unhappy with, when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receiving your item (please take extra care when trying your items on).

Please note due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the return of earrings, face masks, hair accessories. 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of makeup, stains and strong odours such as Perfume, Deodorant etc. The original tags must also be intact.

How will I receive my refund?

We will issue a refund as soon as we receive your returns, which will be credited to your original method of payment please allow 3-5 working days.

How do I return an item?

Please re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached, along with your Returns Slip and reason for return on the back of the sheet.  Please cover the address label with our Address to send back to us.  

We do advise to return packaging by using the Post Office and obtain your proof of postage, please keep this safe as you will need this as your proof of return.

We do recommend sending your packaging either signed for or recorded delivery as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of items. 

Please keep your proof of postage until your parcel has arrived safely back to us. We do not offer a free returns service, so please be aware the return postage cost is your responsibility - unless the item is faulty or damaged. 

Once your returned parcel(s) has been received we will send you a confirmation email that your return has been processed. This will normally be completed within 3 working days.

We are unable to offer exchanges due to the high turnover of stock. If you do require an alternative size then we would recommend returning your original order and placing a new order for your preferred size/colour/style.
