Delivery

We thank you for buying from us, we aim to dispatch all orders out every day (with the exception of Saturday and Sunday), providing your order is placed before 12.00 pm lunchtime, after this time all deliveries will be posted out the very next day ( MONDAY - THURSDAY). Orders placed on Friday may not be delivered by DPD on Saturday, it may well be Monday they are delivered, all areas are different so please order Thursday before 12.00 lunchtime if you are wanting it for the weekend.

Please ensure you will be available to accept the delivery of the Parcel, if you are working or going to be out, please arrange to have it delivered to your work address or a Neighbour's house, this will avoid any parcels being returned to us. (See below Undelivered Parcel). Thank you.

We offer Standard UK Delivery, Tracked through DPD (all Orders received after 12pm (Lunchtime) will be processed the following working day)

We ship to Mainland UK, we also ship to Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Europe, Australia & America, just message us for prices. Posting to some parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands may not be possible through DPD but we can post out by Evri or the Post Office. Please message us for further details and prices.

Click & Collect Available - Completely free (local). Your items will be waiting for you to collect but please allow 48 hours before collecting your items, this will all be arranged via email at a mutually convenient time. Please bring your order number with you when collecting to make this an easier transaction. Covid19 Safety Guidelines will be in place at all times.

Undelivered Parcel

If your parcel is returned to us as undelivered, your items will be automatically refunded (minus the postage costs incurred) and an email will be sent advising you, you will therefore have to place the order again. Unfortunately we have had to take this step as many people have not been able to take delivery and therefore parcels are returned to us. Hermes and the Post Office require Signatures/Photographs of confirmation of delivery of the item.
